The IFM Home Maintenance Annual Package plan covers all service and labor charges. Any additional spares parts and materials will be charged separately. Please read scope of work and the terms and condition relating to our service.

Custom Package

Our customer’s requirement is our priority. Considering that each individual has different needs, we provide our customers with an added advantage of creating a Custom Package. A Custom Package is where you get to choose only the services you require based on your needs.

Additional Services

We, as your facility facilitators, will coordinate all details related to transition planning, designing the work stations and managing FM services for your facilities, including critical equipment, systems, assets and resources working on sites.

SCOPE OF WORK IN DETAILS

Platinum @ BD 250/- Per Annum

In our maintenance plan, all labour cost and service charge is free. Based on coverage of package our free services shall be offered to the Client. All type of material and spare parts shall be charged separately to execute the job completion. A formal quotation for addition required material, parts and heavy job work shall be offered to the client for approval. Those services are not mentioned in our scope shall be billed separately. Quotation will include only labour for minor jobs and necessary transportation charges.

1	24 hours emergency service	Plumbing work – Breakage of water pipes, tank overflow and heavy water leakage, no water. Electrical work – Complete power failure for the house, electrical tripping, smoke from distribution box, burning of electrical socket and switches.
2	Carpentry	To check and repair furniture, doors, drawers, hinges. (Separate charges shall apply for large and additional works)
3	Electrical	To check and repair of fans, bulbs, tube light, sockets, switches and dimmer. (Chandelier light fixing, DB box fixing will consider as large job,separate charges shall apply for large and additional works)
4	Handyman services	General minor repair around the home & fixing of items inside home e.g. shelves, portraits & wall fixing items. (Separate charges shall apply for large and additional works)
5	Locksmith	To repair of all type of general key locks (except electronics/ digital type key locks are not covered under free package)
6	Plumbing	To check routine problems, water taps, mixers, faucet, pipes, hand spray, water tank, W/C,under cabinet leakages, water heater and pressure pumps. (shower cubical fixing, water leak from ceiling, inside wall, under the tiles and marble will consider as large job,separate charges shall applyfor large and additional works)
7	Aluminum repairing	Repair of problems with Aluminum doors and window frames
8	Normal Curtain hanging	Curtains re-hanging per visit limited to 5 windows only.
9	Drainage maintenance	To check and repair inside drainage problems only. For external drainage problems we will provide our expert to contact to you.
10	Furniture shifting	Indoor furniture shifting for one room per visit (no Dismantling)
11	Gypsum maintenance	Gypsum will be fixed as per package coverage. (More than this area a separate charge shall apply)
12	Painting	Internal and external area as per package coverage. (more than this area and above 3 meter height scaffolding separate charge shall apply.
13	Parquet maintenance	Loose parquet board will be fixed
14	Pest control (annually)	Treatment will be done as per coverage internally. (more than the treatment coverage additional charges shall apply)
15	Tile fixing	Tile fixing work as per package coverage. (more than this area additional charges shall apply)
16	Waterproofing	Waterproofing will be done as per package coverage. (more than this area separate charges shall apply)
17	Water tank cleaning (3 tanks annually)	Cleaning of overhead water tank as per package coverage. (more than this separate charges shall apply)
18	Sweet water filter changing	Changing of filter. (any replacement of water filter separate charges shall apply)
19	Yard Home Wash	External washing will be done as per package coverage

SCOPE OF WORK IN DETAILS

Additional services not mentioned in the packages like Air Conditioning, Landscape, pool maintenance, pump room maintenance & Housekeeping services shall be charged separately.

Package agreement will be confirmed after the site visit by our team.

Exclusions

Electrical – Repair of EWA infrastructure, all HV installation. Chandelier light and DB box fixing.
Plumbing– Repair of EWA infrastructure and concealed pipe works.
Carpentry– Repair of loose furniture.
Waterproofing – Warranty will be on additional charge
Drainage maintenance – Jet cleaning/ sewage removal
Furniture shifting – This is for indoor furniture only, and does not include dismantling
Water tank cleaning – Cleaning of tank more than 650 Gallon capacity
Outdoor home wash –Other than ground + 1 structure

Cancellation: Customer can cancel the membership within 7 days from signing of agreement and will be charged only for the services availed.
